A few of our users are experiencing errors when trying to log in to SharePoint Online.
Accounts are replicated to SP Online using ADFS. Initially they see the first screen with the username and password fields. They put their email address in as the username and the page immediately redirects as usual, but instead of loading into SharePoint they see the following message:
Something went wrong
We're sorry, sign-in isn't working right now. But we're on it! Please try again later.
And then underneath there is a correlation ID, date and time and the usual details.
Please help!
