How to Deploy workflow in SharePoint on line office 365 site

Hi There,

I am new to SharePoint Office 365 development

I have created a Reusable workflow in my site collection and saved it as a template now I want to move it to production site collection, how can I achieve it, I don't see i can get much of help using power shell as it is online, do I need to write a Visual Studio Code, if yes than can you guide me with the process. I would appreciate the help, Thanks in Advance.
