Change the display style of WebPart

Hi there,

I have created a webpart as shown below:

I want to show the items in above webpart to come two in a row like:

Manager 1                                       Manager 2

Manager 3                                       Manager 4

However, I couldn't find any option under "modify view" to achieve this.

Any idea?
