Office 365 sharepoint 2013 online

Hi All,

In my company we have office 365. My manager wants me to have company intranet site with four different department subsite using office 365 sharepoint.

1. Can someone please guide me how can i create company intranet site?
2. what are the limitations of Office 365 SharePoint online like storage and user management?

I am new to Office 365 sharepoint. Any stuff related to Office 365 Sharepoint is much appreciated.
