Dear Community,
I currently became application manager of Sharepoint online within our organisation.
The complete infrastructure has been set up by our supplier, but they never reply on sent emails, therefore I hope some of you guys can help me.
Every business unit in out organisation has its own 'secured' folder. Of course I can see almost every documents, due to the fact that I'm te aplication manager. However in the folder of the Board of Directors, there are documents checked out, which never are checked in.
Somehow I can't see those checked out documents by my own and I really need to adjust them. and the owner of the documents get's an error if she wants to check in, or want to remove the copy of the checked out document.
Is there a way around to do that?
