Hi,
I recently noticed that SharePoint had updated our backend to 2013 (v15). Our frontend is still 2010. I had issues with workflows before I knew this. I found out that I had to upgrade SPD from 2010 to 2013 to fix the workflow issues I was having.
I then found that I was getting issues trying to publish my InfoPath 2010 form that I was halfway through working on before they upgraded the backend to 2013. I was getting an error dialog (in InfoPath 2010) when it was trying to save the template to SharePoint Online Forms Library:
InfoPath cannot save the following form:
<File Name>
Server encountered an internal error. For more information, turn off customErrors in the server's .config file.
I couldn't figure this out so I spent a whole day hooking the workflows up to a new form library and published form (in InfoPath 2013) . This worked fine for the whole day. I had left PC on overnight and came in this morning and tried to publish my form again. I get exactly the same error message again. Along with this message I get an alert Notification:
INFOPATH.EXE - Delayed Write Failed
Windows was unable to save all the data for the file \<oursite>@SSL\DavWWWRoot\HumanResources\HolidayRequests\Forms\templates.xsn. The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your computer or network connection. Please....
Could someone help out here?
Thanks.
John.
