My client wants to move documents to the cloud (SharePoint online). We have SharePoint online E1
My first question
1) Is it possible to have common set of space in SharePoint online E1 to store these documents. (Client does not want it to be PER USER) Below chart shows the details that Microsoft provides as "SharePoint Limitations". As per the chart If I have 40 users then the space allotted is = 40*500 mb + 10 gb
But I need this space open for the entire set of users and not per user i.e. not just 500 mb per user. Thus if a user x logs in or in fact any among the 40 users, he should have 40*500 + 10 gb space for storing data.
is this possible ?????

My second question
2) Client does not have a domain setup thus wont be using AD login
So does SharePoint online allow me to have custom user id and password for individual users that can be maintained in the content database itself.
