set item permission

Hello,

i have office 365 sharepoint.

i want to assign  permission to item by sharepint designer workflow. when i search on the internet i see that there is an action nam list item permission but i'ts not appear on sharepint designer 2013 actions i tried a sharepoint 2010 and its same.

so how i can do it ?
