I downloaded the Starter Master Pages from Randy Driscalls page, and have got one working on the "internal" public url, but when browsing the "actual" (.com) url, the CSS has not applied?
It seems to be cssregistration after method - but doesn't work for the main public non logged in website.
I have published the master page, the css file and image. As mentioned, one url works, one doesn't...
