I found the following Microsoft Knowledge Article (The "Sync to Outlook" button and the "Tasks" link are missing in SharePoint Online ).
There will be published that the Button “Sync to Outlook” will be removed at September 2015 in SharePoint Online. Are there alternatives which can be used (an app or sth. else)? What is the statement of Microsoft? Is a workaround published?
