Hello Microsoft Sharepoint Online. I need help or suggestion to resolve this issue which kind of complex. Currently we are using Dropbox as collaboration and cloud storage for documentation and projects. My manager and boss will use Sharepoint Online as archive storage of all the finish project and documentation since Sharepoint online have a search function,advanced search, and audit trail which Dropbox doesn't have. The issue now is they dont want to move into Onedrive and want to stay in Dropbox for collaboration and they want to integrate/sync Sharepoint Online and Dropbox in real time. When they create new folder, edit/add a file in dropbox it will also happen in Sharepoint online automatically that what I'm trying to say. Document Library/Subsite is limited to 2GB per upload while our managers dropbox have more than 30GB of Files and each folder contain more than 2GB of file. We divided all of those dropbox folders in a subsite category to manage it to upload in Sharepoint online. We already find a software solution to sync dropbox and SPO however it is adding the complexity aside from using another application. One of the issue I encounter is that when you create a new folder in Dropbox, Sharepoint online won't create subsite for that you have to create subsite first sync the document library then when application sync it to Dropbox. Is there a better way to Manage documents in Sharepoint Online the same of what they do in Dropbox? Anyone can suggest an idea or solution for this complex issue.
