How to set document to be edited by web app (online) only.

Hi,

Is there any way to set a document to be edited by the Web-App (online) version only? Sometimes we have a document that we want many people to contribute to, but sometimes people open it in the desktop version instead, preventing others from co-authoring it.

This would apply to Excel Online, Word Online, PowerPoint Online, and Access Online.
