Import and sync user profile data from two sources like Sql server application and from active directory SharePoint 2013 online

Hello, I am looking help to import and sync user profile data from two sources like Sql server application and also from active directory in Office 365 SharePoint 2013 online versionand client have Office 365 E3 version.
