I have an OOTB workflow (SharePoint 2013 Workflow), that works just fine. However when a user goes to add a related item to the workflow, the workflow gets suspended. When the user views the task item and adds the related Item (from a different library), they are able to do so and save it, but then it breaks the workflow...giving me this error...
