Publish documents and contents from one single location in SharePoint 2013 online (Office 365 E3)

Hi,

Our client don’t want to upload multiple categories of documents in multiple document libraries in SharePoint 2013 online (Office 365 E3) and want one single location to upload all the documents and manage contents.

So that admin don’t need to search libraries and list to publish documents and contents and manage all the action from a single location.

So, we are planning to leverage “Content Organize” features to implement this.

Any experience, information, challenges, codes about this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
