Hello - looking for help! I hadn't used my SharePoint Online account for a few weeks and went to access it today and am being asked to provide a new password. However when I enter my old password it doesn't recognise it, so can't access my account. Who can I speak to. The help says to raise a service request but that's not possible as I can't access it.
Is there someone else I can speak to?
