We recently got SharePoint Online - 2013 and I am wanting to create an alert only when a task is completed.
There are two areas if you go to Tasks and alert settings.
There is Change Type:
- All Changes
- New items are added
- Existing items are modified
- Items are deleted
Send Alerts for these changes:
- Anything changes
- Someone else changes an item
- Someone else changes an item created by me
- Someone else changes an item last modified by me
- Someone changes an item that appears in the following view. (Current, Late, Completed, etc)
You have to select something for both of those above, I don't see how to do an alert for only completed.
Any ideas?
