Send email to external addresses in list item field, with link to that list item only (e.g. contact detail information to be updated)

Hello,

I'm new to sharepoint. We are using office365 Business Premium.

I have an Access 2010 table containing contact details of members of our organisation (these are not users defined in office365, but external contacts).

I have been able to make the list available on sharepoint. I would like now to send to each email address in the list, a link to their contact details (i.e. their list item only, not the whole list), asking them to update any incorrect information.

Is this possible?
