Hey,
I am working on a SharePoint Online/Office 365 solution that will use AD security groups to grant permissions. A local AD is synced to the cloud and this is where we will get our AD groups later on. Right now these groups do not exists so I have created a temporary group in the cloud.
This group have 2 test users in it and nothing else. When I grant the security group read permissions everything looks fine (the group is added), however the users in the group are not granted the permissions (Both tried using the "Check permissions" and attempting to access the site). Anyone got some clue why this doesn't work? They got some permissions from earlier testing but they should be granted permissions from the security group as well right?
