How subscribe Like and Post event and write business logic in to that in Yammer to achieve gamification

Hi,

How can we subscribe Like and Post event and write business logic in to that in Yammer?

Reason, as we have to achieve gamification and badging feature like user get point based upon his Post, Like... and based upon that user get badge like silver, gold.

Client have SharePoint 2013 Online (Office 365 E3 version).

Any approach, information, code about this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
