Visual Designer might not be available even if Visio Pro is installed

"WARNING If Visio 2013 is not installed on your computer, the Visual Designer will not be available."
I have sharepóint 2013,SQL sever 2012 and sharepoint designer, oficce 2013 profesional , visio 2013 profesional.
I have  a sevice runing  at Sharepoint  Server. 
Sharepoint graphics service Visio´s  Aplicación , status is started.

I am learning with  "BUILDING BUSINESS SOLUTIONS" manual.
,at page 148.   At ribbon  the view button is not enabled  in my server.
