I have a question. Is it possible and how I can accomplish such workflow on SharePoint?
- A new document is created in a library. It triggers the " document acceptation" workflow for User X
- User X is sent notification by email
- Task1 is created and User X accepts the document
- Completing Task1 by User X leads to
- Sending an email to User Y with notification, that Task 1 has been completed
- Task2 is created for User Y
- Completing Task2 by User Y leads to
- Sending an email to User Z
- Creating Task3 for User Z with the request to do Task3
I hope, that I have explained more or less clearly what I would like to achieve :)
