New-SPOMigrationPackage results in "The server could not be contacted" error

Hi,

I am trying to test the new FileShare to SPO file Import using the recently released functionality given @ technet.microsoft.com/.../mt210445.aspx

When i run to create a Package (command below) in SharePoint Online Management Shell, i receive the following error.

Getting an :  Error    Fatal Exception found: The server could not be contacted. - The LDAP server is unavailable."

Command :

New-SPOMigrationPackage -SourceFilesPath \\IshaPC\SharePointFileShare -OutputPackagePath C:\SPO_Package -IncludeFileSharePermissions -
TargetWebUrl "https://spsite.sharepoint.com" -TargetDocumentLibraryPath "Documents"

A log file created at SPO_Package describes the error at the end.

Any suggestions?
