I just noticed that I'm not able to create a link for anon access on a site where I've done it before. I verified that anon guest links are turned on in the Admin section. There used to be the option to create a link for edit and view and now it appears that is no longer there. I've checked several site collections and several document libraries. Did MS change something and I just missed it?
