SharePoint Branding - Team Sites, Inherit Theme and Master Page on Office 365

Hello Folks,

I have created 1 publishing sharepoint site on office 365 and I have create one custom master page and set as default master page.

I have created new subsite which is inheriting parent master page and I save this site as a site Template. When I am creating new subsite using this template, It is not inheriting custom master page. I need to do manually.

Any help will be appreciated
