How to reactivate SharePoint Server Publishing feature in Manage site features under Site Actions?

Hi,

I am writing a SharePoint Training Document - How to set up a site and what features need to be activated. I am using SharePoint 2013 online - Office 365. SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure is till one. But SharePoint Server Publishing is not able to reactivated.I thought of trying deactivate SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure and reactivate it. But I am so afraid that it does not let me do it again.
