I believe I have a subscription service to sharepoint online for my small software company that I run. One that I havent logged in to in some time. I'm now attempting to log into it, but can't remember my password (or email for that matter). I've attempted to recover my account but all email addresses that I provide come back as not existing.
Thinking that maybe I didnt actually have a sharepoint online account but only thought I did, I attempted to create a new account using one of the email addresses I tried to use to recover the account (the one that apparently doesn't exist). But when I use
one of those emails, the sign up page tells me the email address already exists.
So to some up, I've completely forgotten my login info for sharepoint online, password recovery tells me email doesnt exist, sign up page tells me the email does exist. I'm pretty confused.
What should my next step be to sort this out?
