We are a mid sized Construction company based out of NJ. We are always having issues with Sharepoint such as:
1. Being locked out of Sharepoint
2. Documents disappearing from sharepoint
3. Site is put in Read Only Status (in order to retrieve a lost file) by your help department without authorization.
I could go on but i have already wasted two hours today dealing with your help team and trying to get a handle on the situation. Our admin assistant was on with your the help department, (I wont publicly name anyone) but your help department was not able to assist her and it took two days for them to send an email saying they now can retrieve the document but we will lose all work in sharepoint from the last two days.
FYI - I am not in the office that much but today after dealing with your help department was able to find the document in the recycling bin and restore it. I am an idiot when it comes to computers so why couldn't your help department do this two days ago?
