show subsite name in a document library

Hello,

when a user goes into a docuemnt library he doesnt see which subsite he is in.

This is very confusing when working with multiple subsites with all their own doc library

Can I change this?

I Found this code but this shows the whole path and I only need the site name:

Also is it possible  to apply this to all document library's in a site collection.
