Problem in clearing the client cache when a new deployment is done

We have developed an intranet on O365

One problem that we are facing is how do we clear the client cache when change is deployed, to make sure that the change becomes active. We have java scripts, css scripts cached in the local cache. Need to know what is the good approach to clear client cache when deploying a change. Any ideas ? Suggestions ?
