I am an absolutely beginner. I am creating a IT support ticketing system based on Sharepoint online. I do not have access to "InfoPath" or "SharePoint Designer".
I have added the "Incidents" vanila app and I am editing it to show solutions recorded on a, created by me, solution list. The solution list has two fields "Solution Title"
(single line) and "Solution text" (Multiline). The reason for this is that I do not want the technicians to type the solutions every time but to, if appropriate, also been able to choose them from a list of pre-selected ones. Unfortunately I have
discovered that on Sharepoint online it is not possible to lookup a multiline column or to create a multiline calculation one.
Is there any way I can populate a multiline column based on the content of another multiline one?
