Organization Browser web part issue

Hi,

I'm trying to create an org chart Sharepoint site for all employees (the one under personal site is not good for our needs).

After adding organization browser web part I can only see myself and my team<gs class="GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark" ginger_software_uiphraseguid="022c2874-1235-47a8-be16-f4c7e6e5770b" id="ad2e5adc-c1ca-4bca-ac68-3a8c02d5df05">,</gs> but I cannot see the rest of the organization.

We are deployed in Dirsync mode in office365.

I also checked that Manager attributes is correctly populated in Active Directory.

Hopefully someone else had this issue and can suggest a fix.
