Hello,
We have SharePoint Online Plan2 environment. We have customized (branding) the Team Site having Publishing Features. On the homepage of the site we have Arabic text which means "Welcome to the Site" (for example).
The mentioned text is fine if clicked or highlighted in Internet Explorer and Firefox. However in Safari and Chrome the text becomes separated. See the image below (Chrome and Safari respectively):
