Office 365 BCS Service: External content type +online SQL DB Access using IP Address + Unable to render the data. If the problem persists, contact your web server administrator.

I am trying to consume online SQL DB Access using IP Address, for that i have created SSS Service and store my SQL DB Credential.

When i created External content type i used impersonate custom identity for authentication.

i have set "Set Object Permission" , "set metadata store permission" 

i am able to create External content type ,when i create list using ECT then records are not showing 

it give me error "Unable to render the data. If the problem persists, contact your web server administrator."

Please help me
