My question here is related to Access Webapp.
There are 2 Tables:
1. User Entry- Primary Data.
2. User Entry- Planning Data.
In User Entry- Primary Data i have Fields with its Data types
1.SAP ID
2.Project Name
3.Project Manager
4.Group Head
5.Gross Margin
6.Advances
7.Retention
8.T&D For Stock Items
9.T&D for Trading Items
In User Entry- Planning Data i have same fields with data types as Lookup
1. SAP ID
2.Project Name
3.Project Manager
4.Group Head
5.Gross Margin
6.Advances
7.Retention
8.T&D For Stock Items
9.T&D for Trading Items
and more values...
What i want is once i enter data in User Entry- Primary Data (1-9)
I want the same Values in User Entry- Planning Data (1-9) also.
Example: User Entry - Primary Data
1.SAP ID = IN-XXXX
2.Project Name = Prj-01
3.Project Manager = ABC
4.Group Head = DEF
5.Gross Margin = 1%
6.Advances = 2%
7.Retention = 3%
8.T&D For Stock Items = 4%
9.T&D for Trading Items = 5%
User Entry - Planning Data 1-9 (Lookups) want same values here also.
1.SAP ID = IN-XXXX
2.Project Name = Prj-01
3.Project Manager = ABC
4.Group Head = DEF
5.Gross Margin = 1%
6.Advances = 2%
7.Retention = 3%
8.T&D For Stock Items = 4%
9.T&D for Trading Items = 5%
Problem is It is coming as dropdown list whatever value I enter in User Entry - Primary Data
If I select SAP ID I want all values (2-8) automatically entered.
but in this case of lookup if I entered 2 projects its showing dropdown list to select for each one.
Final result what I want is
IF I select SAP ID of User Entry - Primary Data in table I want all the values in User Entry - Planning Data to be auto updated.
