We have added a Word template to our content type, which includes a lookup column in which the customer name can be chosen from our list of customers.
In the Word template, we have added the lookup column using Quick Parts. The column is required.
In the Word properties, we can see the lookup column and uses the Show Details to have the Web File Properties dialog open and in there we can choose the Customer.
When we close the dialog and returns to the document content, the customer name is not shown, but the ID instead.
What can be the reason and how can we resolve it?
