I have SPD 2010 Workflow attached to a list in our SharePoint Online site (2013). The workflow sends an email to alert users when certain conditions are met. The issue I'm having is that I'd like to include the latest notes in that email. Notes are saved in a Multiple Line text box, with Append Changes enabled. When I send an email, the notes are not being included.
My research has found many users having the same issue, but I cannot find a workaround that works. It appears that the "Append Changes" is the issue, removing that option correctly inserts the field into my notes.
Has anyone else encountered this issue and come up with a workaround?
