Hi everyone
This is driving me crazy. I have a client with a requirement for mapped drives to sharepoint online. This works fine locally, and it used to work in remote desktop too. The remote desktop
environment is running on win server 2008 R2.
Locally, I can map a drive no problem, I have to get the user to log into their sharepoint portal online and check 'stay logged in' - at this point I get a dialogue box come up advising the sites in trusted sites are trying to access etc etc and allow the connection. However, in the user remote session I just get an 'access denied - Before opening files in this location, you must first add the web site to your trusted sites list ' error. The web site is definitely listed in trusted sites in IE on the RDS server, aling with wildcard entries for office 365 etc etc. I can get it to work when logged into the sharepoint portal with the admin account on the server however
The client wants the mapped drive in RDS to the root of the sharepoint team site, mapping to individual document libraries (they have 4) isn't something they will entertain
Does anyone have any idea why this might not be working?
Many thanks
Jason
