Integrating On Premises Lync with Hybrid Exchange and SharePoint

Hi,

Recently I had a question from a customer wanting to know if it is possible to have an "On-PremisesLync 2013" integrate with an Hybrid Exchange and Hybrid SharePoint implementation, will there be any restrictions in terms of features available for the Hybrid or On-Premises users ?
