List item form opens through start.aspx and scripts don't works

Hello!

We have sharepoint 2013 cloud.

Some time ago list item forms began to open through start.aspx:

https://<site>/_layouts/15/start.aspx#/Lists/<ListName>/DispForm.aspx

instead

https://<site>/Lists/<ListName>/DispForm.aspx

But when it opens through start.aspx custom js scripts at form don't work.

At link  https://<site>/Lists/<ListName>/DispForm.aspx scripts still work.

How can we fix it? How open forms  normally?
