How different is the user interface of current SharePoint online (based on SharePoint 2016 I believe) from the one in SharePoint 2013 on-prem?
In otherwords, if we migrate from SharePoint 2013 on-prem to Office 365 (SharePoint Online) will the UI differece be large to the extend that end users need a training to get familiar to the new interface?
