Add/Remove Indexed File Types

Is there a way to add/remove file types from the content index in SharePoint Online? I can do this in the on-premises versions of SharePoint viaCentral Administration-->Search Service Application:Manage File Types, but I can't find anywhere to add/remove in SharePoint Online.
