We have 70+ Branch offices which have File and Print Servers. In phase 1 we want to move all user specific data to their respective One Drive. Have 2 questions on that:
1. Is this technically possible?
2.In case of shared folders will the on-prem share permissions also migrated?
3.Is there a tool to migrate the data?
4.How is the data access speed across the world? A user trying to access his data from Singapore will be routed to a Singapore server as against US Server? Is that understanding right?
5.How do we handle Shared folders shared between multiple users?
6.How do we handle apps that use this shared data?
Last but not the least, are there any Print Services in the cloud?
