Repository on Sharepoint / Onedrive for Users Outside the Organisations

We need to create a sharepoint/onedrive directory where we can dump weekly reports and site office images for other contractors (outside are organisation) to access and view only. We dont want them to have a microsoft account or office365 license, they need a link to access and can view all the documents. Appreciate if someone can advise how to do this on Sharepoint online.
