I get the "Access denied by Business Data Connectivity." in Microsoft SharePoint Designer.
I want to create an ECT based on a Azure WCF service (a very simple proof of concept:http://thyme51ws.cloudapp.net/WeatherService.svc?wsdl) on my SharePoint online site.
I have been advised to use SPD 2013 to create the external content type.

Facts:
- I can connect to the WCF Cloud Service from a third computer, so I assume BDC online also can do this
- I'm using SPD using my corp. laptop jrt@domain.dk - my best guess is that this account cannot create ECT (how can it access my O365 site then?
- I have create a Secure Store entry with my Microsoft account which which I administer my O365 account with
