I have a client that needs to have an updated version of OOB Disposition Workflow. Disposition WF tends to delete the record when the WF is completed, we want the deleted document to be in the Recycle Bin of the root site collection. If the disposition WF is in a subsite, the deleted document should rather be inside the Recycle Bin of the root site collection than of the subsite.
Also, we are looking to keep an audit list of what document was deleted and who was the approver to approve the deleted document. This all needs to be done on SharePoint Online, wondering if SPD has the capability to do that.
