Local copy of ALL onedrive enterprise folders/files (sharepoint)

Hi,

For security reason (banking audits), I have to do a local copy (on a NSA) of the whole One Drive folders/files of everyone in the company, is there a way to do it easily ?

I think the best way is to automatically grant accesses to the "Local copy user" to every newly created user profile (?)
