Default Document Library Template

Hi All,

I have a sharepoint site, and I want all libraries and lists to include the following metadata items...

* Classification (Public|Private|Confidential)

* Document Type (ProjectDocument|Personal|

* Project (Project 1 | Project 2 | Project 3)

I want all new libraries and Lists to have this metadata.

Any ideas to how this will be best achieved?
