Hi,

I've got a simple SPD Workflow that needs to prompt users for a start date. Unfortunately, as soon as I add an Initiation Form Parameter of Date/Time type, the initiation form won't load. I've tested and found that none of the default value options solve the issue.

When I attempt to start the workflow the form shows the message:
