Import .thmx file into site templates

Hi ,

Have created a .thmx file from office (2010) and want to import the file into my SharePoint Online site to change the look and feel accordingly.

Have uploaded into the Galleries --> Themes --> Upload but it hasn't appeared in my look and feel list to select?

Can anyone help?
